How do I update my meal preferences?

Company Admins and Location Admins can update meal preferences and dietary restrictions for each location from Your Settings.

How to update preferences

  • Log in to your Factor for Business account
  • Go to Your Profile > Your Settings
  • Scroll to the Company section and find the Meal Preferences header
  • Use the Location Toggle to select the location you want to update
  • Click Edit to make changes

What you can update

From the edit menu, you can adjust:

  • Dietary Preferences: Choose a primary plan type, such as Keto, Protein Plus, or Vegetarian
  • Allergies and Restrictions: Add or remove specific food sensitivities or exclusions

💡 Once you save, your menu is automatically filtered to show only meals that match your updated preferences.

Managing multiple locations

Meal preferences are set at the location level, so each site can have different settings. For example, one location can be set to Seafood Only while another is set to Keto.

Always confirm you have the right location selected in the Location Toggle before clicking Edit.

Who can update preferences?

  • Company Admins can update preferences for all locations
  • Location Admins can update preferences only for the locations they manage
  • If you do not see the Edit button, your account may not have the required permissions. Contact your Company Admin to request access.
