Getting Started on the New Factor for Business Ordering Site

Set up your account and place your first order in four steps.

How ordering works

Each week, we build a draft order for you based on your meal preferences. Review it, adjust as needed, and submit.

💡 Turn on subscription ordering and we'll place that order automatically every week. After it ships, you'll get a tracking link by email and in your account.

What you need to do

Follow these steps in order. Start with payment, since you'll need it on file before you can submit an order.

1. Add your payment method

If you pay by credit card, this is the most important step.

  • Go to My Account > Profile
  • Scroll to Payment methods
  • Click Add and enter your card details

2. Review your draft order

  • Go to Your Order
  • Check the draft we built from your meal preferences
  • Adjust as needed
  • Click Continue

3. Submit your order

Review the details on the checkout page, then submit.

4. Turn on subscription ordering

This puts future orders on autopilot.

  • Go to Your Settings
  • Click Resume Subscription

 


 

More you can do

Update your settings

In Your Settings you can change your meal preferences, delivery day, number of meals, and subscription details. Changes apply to future orders.

Add locations and users (admins only)

Company admins can add new locations and add users to any location. Location admins can add users to the locations they manage. 

  • Go to Your Locations and Users to make your updates

Skip a week, pause, or cancel (admins only)

Location and company admins can skip a week, pause, or cancel.

  • Go to Your Settings
  • Click Skip, Pause, or Cancel
