What to do

1. Take photos of the damage

Take a few photos that capture the damaged packaging and any affected meals. Include the meal names in your message so our team has the full picture.

If any meals look compromised, do not consume them. Discard them after taking your photos.

2. Contact our team

  • Full name
  • Company name
  • Order number
  • Delivery date
  • Photos of any damage and affected meals
