When will my first delivery arrive?

We deliver Saturday through Wednesday, depending on your zip code.

Your delivery day is set when your account is created. This is the day you’ll receive your deliveries each week.

You can update your delivery day at any time under My Account > Dashboard > Your Settings > Delivery Day.

How your first delivery is scheduled

To receive your first delivery on your assigned day, your order must be finalized before that delivery day’s cutoff.

Cutoff timing depends on your delivery day:

  • Saturday deliveries: cutoff is the prior Monday at 9:59 pm EST
  • Sunday deliveries: cutoff is the prior Tuesday at 9:59 pm EST
  • Monday–Wednesday deliveries: cutoff is the prior Wednesday at 9:59 pm EST

Example

If your delivery day is Tuesday, finalize your order by the prior Wednesday at 9:59 pm EST to receive your delivery the following Tuesday.


After your first delivery

Future deliveries depend on how your account is set up.

If you have a recurring order, you’ll receive deliveries each week. You can make changes—like meal selections, order size, and billing or shipping details—any time before your weekly cutoff.

Freshness and quality

Meals are prepared after the weekly cutoff to ensure peak freshness.

This allows us to source ingredients closer to delivery and helps minimize food waste.
